Millbrook Combined School continues to be a good school after our most recent Ofsted inspection in January 2017.
We are immensely proud of the school’s achievements and would like to thank the governors, staff and pupils for their commitment, hard work and their continuous effort to keep our school a good school but in the same time strive to achieve our goal: Aiming for Excellence – Learning for Life.
As ever, this provides a benchmark on which we shall build our efforts to improve the school further with our ambition to move from a good school to an outstanding one.
No less appreciative we are towards our pupils for their continuous effort to make our school welcoming to visitors through their exemplary behaviour and the effort they put in learning and developing new skills every day.
“Pupils are well behaved. They are polite, well mannered and welcoming to visitors.” Ofsted – 2017

Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about your child’s school and it replaces the questionnaire Ofsted would issue to parents prior to an inspection. This can now be accessed at anytime.
It will ask your opinion on 12 aspects of your child’s school, from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. Ofsted will use the information you provide when making decisions about which schools to inspect, and when.
By sharing your views, you’ll be helping your child’s school to improve. You will also be able to see what other parents have said about your child’s school.
